We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Tenant Relations: Maintain positive communication with tenants and promptly resolve inquiries or concerns.
• Maintenance Coordination: Work with tenants and external vendors to manage property maintenance and service requests.
• Lease Management: Assist in preparing, executing, and renewing lease agreements.
• Property Viewings: Schedule and conduct site visits for potential tenants.
• Marketing Support: Help with marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
• Administrative Duties: Process rental applications, maintain financial and operational records, and support general office tasks.
